CTX Labs designed and built NowPost, a digital-first logistics and PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off) platform transforming parcel delivery in emerging markets, starting with Nigeria. The system digitises thousands of neighbourhood stores, turning them into verified delivery hubs that enable fast, affordable, and trackable parcel movement without relying on centralised warehouses.

We engineered NowPost with financial inclusion and merchant empowerment at its core. Beyond logistics, the platform integrates smart payment capabilities that let customers pay for deliveries at the store or online, with automated reconciliation for merchants and gig drivers. This allows small businesses to participate in the digital economy and earn additional income from every parcel dropped off, picked up, or delivered.

The platform also supports pay-on-delivery, handling payment collection, float management, and instant merchant payouts — a critical trust factor for e-commerce in cash-heavy markets. By embedding fintech directly into logistics, NowPost bridges the gap between moving goods and moving money.

Our delivery includes a user-facing app, merchant portal, driver app, and a robust API for logistics providers and online retailers, enabling everything from last-mile delivery to click-and-collect.
