At its core, FlousiHub provides an open, developer-friendly API layer that connects businesses with Algeria’s most widely used payment instruments—including CIB and Dahabia cards (Algeria)—allowing merchants to accept digital payments quickly, securely, and at scale. Through a unified platform, businesses can offer checkout links, in-store QR payments, card processing, and pay-on-delivery, all through a single integration.

Our platform is designed to address one of the region’s biggest challenges: financial exclusion. By enabling local shops, logistics partners, and mobile agents to become cash-in/cash-out (CICO) points, FlousiHub extends digital payment access to underserved and offline communities. This network acts as a bridge between the informal cash economy and the formal digital financial system—empowering more Algerians to participate in the digital economy.
